Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Demi Group, trading as Nightlane, Korevaarstraat 11, 2311 JS Leiden, the Netherlands, is responsible for your data. Questions or requests: builds@nightlane.ai.

What we collect

Only what you fill in on the order form and what the payment returns:

• your name, email address and Discord username
• your Shopify store address, store language and store name
• your 4-digit collaborator request code
• the links to the reference store and your notes
• where you came from, if the link you used says so
• from Stripe: your country, your VAT number if you entered one, the amount and the payment status

We do not see or store your card or bank details. Stripe handles the payment.

Why we use it

• to build and deliver your order and to contact you about it
• to send the access request to your Shopify store
• to make the invoice and keep the records the tax office requires
• to handle a withdrawal, a fix or a complaint

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who else receives it

• Stripe, for the payment
• Cloudflare, which hosts this page
• ClickUp, where we keep the order and its status
• Shopify, when we send the access request to your store
• Discord, for status updates and your delivery message

Some of these companies are based in the United States. They work under the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

• your collaborator request code: deleted once the access request has been sent
• a storefront password you sent us: deleted after the final check
• the order and the invoice: 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires
• messages about your build: until 12 months after delivery

Access to your store

We work in your store with the access you approved: themes, pages, products, menus, files and discounts. We do not get access to orders, customers, payments or analytics. You can remove our access at any time under Settings, Users.

This page and your browser

This page sets no tracking cookies. While you fill in the form, your browser keeps a draft so you do not lose it when you come back from the payment page. That draft stays in your browser and is removed after a successful order.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email builds@nightlane.ai. You get an answer within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
