NightlaneStore BuildOrder page

Right of withdrawal

Withdraw from your order

Last updated: 14 October 2026

If you ordered as a consumer, you can withdraw from your Store Build within 14 days after your order. You do not need to give a reason.

If we have already started, you pay for the part of the build that is done. Once the build is fully delivered, the right of withdrawal has ended. The details are in section 9 of the terms.

It is on the thank-you page and in your Stripe receipt. Starts with SB-.

You get a confirmation on this page right away, and by email within one working day.
