1. Who we are

Store Build is a service of Demi Group, trading as Nightlane, Korevaarstraat 11, 2311 JS Leiden, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 97105767, VAT NL005252586B40. You reach us at builds@nightlane.ai or in Discord.

These terms apply to every Store Build order. In these terms, “we” is Nightlane and “you” is the person or business that orders.

2. What you order

We rebuild the look of a reference store you choose as an unpublished theme in your own Shopify store. A Store Build contains:

• a product page, a homepage and a collection page
• the header, the footer and the cart drawer
• mobile and desktop
• sections you can edit in the Shopify theme editor
• a replace list: every sample text, photo and product to swap before you publish

Not included: importing your products, writing your texts, making your photos, review apps, order tracking, ad tracking and publishing the theme. Features that come from paid apps in the reference store are not part of the build. If your reference uses them, you get a separate one-time offer. Nothing is added without your yes.

We follow the reference as closely as a Shopify theme allows. Licensed fonts and app features can differ. We tell you where.

3. Price and payment

The price is on the order page and in the checkout, in euros and excluding VAT. VAT is calculated in the checkout. You pay the full amount up front on a secure Stripe page. The contract starts when your payment has succeeded.

4. What we need from you

• an active Shopify store
• your approval of the access request Shopify emails you, as it is
• the link to the reference store
• the storefront password, if your store is password protected

We never ask for your Shopify password. We ask for access to themes, pages, products, menus, files and discounts. We do not get access to orders, customers, payments or analytics. You can remove our access at any time in Shopify under Settings, Users.

5. Start and delivery

We start once you have approved the access request. You then get your start date and delivery date in Discord. Delivery means: you receive the preview link and the replace list.

If you approve later, the delivery date moves with it. Have you not approved the request within 14 days after we sent it? Then you can ask for a full refund, as long as we have not started building.

6. Sample content and the reference store

We never copy the logo, the brand name or the customer reviews of the reference store. Texts, photos, reviews and the product in your new theme are samples.

You replace all sample content before you publish the theme. You are responsible for everything you publish in your store, including texts, photos, claims and products.

7. Our guarantee

If something in the build does not work or does not match the reference store, tell us in Discord or by email and we fix it for free.

The guarantee covers what we built. It does not cover changes you or others made after delivery, apps you install later, or new wishes that are not in the reference store.

8. The same reference for more than one customer

A reference store is not reserved for you. We may build the same reference for other customers. Your own content, your store name and your notes are never shared with them.

9. Right of withdrawal

If you order as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days after your order, without giving a reason.

By paying you ask us to start right away. If you withdraw while we are building, you pay for the part of the build that is already done, in proportion to the full price. Once the build is fully delivered, the right of withdrawal ends.

To withdraw, use the withdrawal page or send an email to builds@nightlane.ai with your name and order number. We confirm that we received it. We refund within 14 days, with the payment method you used.

If you order as a business, there is no legal right of withdrawal. The guarantee in section 7 applies to every customer.

10. Liability

We are liable for damage that is the direct result of a shortcoming on our side, up to the amount you paid for the build. This limit does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, and it does not take away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

We are not liable for the content you publish, for changes in Shopify or in apps, or for the results of your store.

12. Complaints and law

Not happy? Email builds@nightlane.ai. You get an answer within 2 working days.

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
